Job Overview:
Mark A. Perrotti, M.D. LLC is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide primary care to adult patients at our busy, well-established internal medicine practice in Branford, Connecticut. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a supportive environment, competitive salary, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients

Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure continuity of care

Accurately document patient visits using an Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (phone-only)
Qualifications:

Active Connecticut APRN license (required)

Board Certification through AANP or ANCC (required)

Current DEA license (required)

Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration (required)

Experience with EHR systems or ability to learn quickly

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Salary:

$110,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience
