Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) Full-Time, Itinerant for the 20252026 School Year
Start Date: August 18, 2025
End Date: May 30, 2026
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
We are seeking a dedicated and credentialed Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join a collaborative educational team for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, itinerant position serving students across multiple school sites.
Position Highlights:

Grade Levels: Students range from elementary through high school.

Caseload: Includes a variety of student needs. Elementary students tend to be more involved; one student is legally blind and requires Braille instruction and support.

Collaboration: The TVI will work closely with an experienced team of Orientation & Mobility (O&M) specialists, Occupational Therapists (OT), and Physical Therapists (PT) to provide prehensive support.

Schedule: Standard school day hours (7:30 AM3:30 PM), totaling 40 hours per week.
Credential Requirement:
Must hold a valid Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) credential.
