About the Role:

The primary function of this position is to coordinate workflow within the Receiving or Order Fulfillment department, provide training to employees, and ensure proper quality control and productivity levels are maintained throughout the department along with training on company and department guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily order fulfillment and receiving activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in managing inventory, prioritizing shipments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain order fulfillment equipment, following manufacturer guidelines.
• Facilitate training for team members on equipment, processes, and company policies.
• Generate and report on key metrics (order volume, productivity, error rates).
• Develop daily schedules based on training needs and employee productivity.
• Ensure adherence to QC and GMP procedures, supporting policy implementation.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for accurate product transfer and bulk receiving.
• Foster a positive, teamwork-oriented environment while maintaining high service standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; teambuilding experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF systems preferred.
• Forklift certification (we will train).

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in Order Fulfillment or Receiving.

Schedule & Pay:

• 3rd Shift | 11:00PM - 7:00AM
• $21.28/ hour

Physical Requirements:

Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects (with or without reasonable accommodations).
