Bowriders Grill is a laid-back, waterfront restaurant located on beautiful Lake Union. We serve a fun and fresh dockside menu to locals, boaters, and visitors alike. Our kitchen is small but fast-paced, with an outstanding view of Lake Union, and we take pride in serving high-quality food with a casual vibe and a welcoming team atmosphere. Details:
- Assist with serving/ waiting tables
- Meal preparation
- Provide upstanding customer service to restaurant attendees
- Collect payment and orders from customers
- Cleaning/ bussing tables/ doing dishes
- Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and restocking
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with other restaurant staff
- Contribute to a positive team culture in a small but fast-moving kitchen
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to stay self-motivated and driven in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and available to work weekends and some holidays (including 4th of July and Labor Day)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong multitasking skills and a great attitude under pressure
*Prior experience working in a restaurant is helpful but not required.

- $20.76/ hr + tips
