Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Certified Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing Epic systems to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients while effectively using the Epic electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in the Epic system.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing practices.
Qualifications:
- Epic experience is REQUIRED for this position.
- Candidates must be local, with specific counties deemed ineligible.
- Experience in a similar nursing role is highly desirable.
- Ability to float to other units as needed.
- Must possess a valid nursing license; willingness to review clinicians with pending state licenses may be considered.
