Reeder Distributors, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a personable and professional demeanor who is extremely detail oriented. This role serves as a liaison for customers, providing product and service information while resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency. The position requires problem-solving skills, strong communication, and constant interaction with both customers and co-workers. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of this role.


Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm

Location: Fort Worth, TX


Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and route them promptly to the correct department or staff member
  • Greet visitors and customers, identify their needs, and ensure a positive experience
  • Build strong relationships and trust with customer accounts through clear and professional communication
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using approved tools and resources
  • Consistently meet individual and team performance goals, including service metrics and call handling targets
  • Resolve customer complaints by offering effective solutions within established timeframes and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Adhere to company communication standards, procedures, and policies
  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and exceed expectations
  • Provide professional and courteous support at the Customer Pick-Up Window, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and a positive experience is delivered at every interaction.


Job Requirements of a Customer Service Representative

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of being a problem solver with an over-achieving mindset
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
