Position Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of their financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting.
Responsibilities:

Conduct the monthly close process, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Prepare financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Prepare complex bank account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash balances.

Assist in the coordination and completion of the yearly audit process.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's in Accounting or similar field.

1+ years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.

Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
