Job Summary
Lessel & Company, PC is in need of an experienced tax professional for the upcoming tax season, with the potential for a permanent position. Proficiency with individual and business tax return preparation is required, as well as strong computer skills. CPA is preferred, but not required.
Tax Preparer Duties and Responsibilities
· Prepare individual, business and fiduciary income tax returns
· Prepare miscellaneous client filings
Tax Preparer Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
· Certified Public Accountant is preferred
Experience with Ultratax software helpful, and proficiency with Excel necessary
Must be professional, detail oriented and responsible
