Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed full time for maternity leave coverage starting with the 2025-26 school year at a middle school located in Warren, MI. This is a contract leave position offering an opportunity to support students during an important time of growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience working in school settings is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to middle school students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and procedures
