What You’ll Do:
- Follow Up with Leads – Maximize every opportunity with high-quality, ready-to-act buyers.
- Build Client Relationships – Understand their needs and provide expert guidance.
- Conduct Buyer Seller Consultations – Guide clients through every step of the process.
- Show Properties Host Open Houses – Help buyers find the right home.
- Manage Transactions – Oversee deals to ensure smooth and timely closings.
- Expand Business Opportunities – Build your client base and grow your success.
- Stay Informed on Market Trends (much of which is team-provided) – Be a trusted resource for clients.
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate License – Required for this role.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
- Strong Communication Negotiation Skills – Essential for working with clients and closing deals.
- Organized Time-Efficient – Able to manage multiple transactions effectively.

Pay:
$40,000 - $150,000+ per year
