Sanitation Crew Member
Factory Cleaning and Sanitation
230pm-11pm or later
Under general direction from the Quality Assurance Manager, cleans and sanitizes processing equipment. Also responsible for the general upkeep of the plant. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize production equipment and utensils needed in the manufacturing process. May be required to use tools to disassemble and reassemble equipment. Dilutes chemicals per dilution chart. Use chemicals as trained. Operate and perform maintenance of equipment as instructed. Maintain a sanitary manufacturing environment by completing sanitation task within and surrounding the processing facility with minimal supervision. Complete tasks as outlined in the Daily and Master Cleaning schedules. Complete tasks as directed in accordance with environmental monitoring. Must be able to work in a safe and sanitary manner; must be able to comply with all safety policies and procedures. Must communicate quality and safety concerns to management quickly and clearly. Additional responsibilities as required and assigned. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
