We are a 4 person office, looking for a 5th. We are a fun office, so have some humor.
Your main duties and functions:
- Build rapport with clients by making changes to policies and advising on coverages available.
- Service commercial accounts by sending out Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Keeping our Management System up to date. (It'd be a Bonus if you know NowCerts)
- Researching billing discrepancies for clients when they have questions or concerns
- Work closely with underwriters for approval and questions
- Submit claims when necessary

What we expect from you:
- High attention to detail - an absolute must have, do not apply if you often overlook things.
- Great customer service
- Confidence in your ability to handle all situations
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to take directions
- Must be able to obtain a P&C license within 90 days of employment
- Work during your working hours, this is not a place to browse the internet or be on your phone for hours at a time.
- Critical thinking - also an absolute must have
- Take action and follow through to the end
- Ability to take constructive criticism
