Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble axle-related components, including hubs and calipers, using hand tools and following detailed instructions. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble axle components, hubs, and calipers according to specifications
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Assist with additional assembly or fabrication tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (TAOE MEASURING REQ)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and accurately
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting and handling of small to heavy parts
- Standing for most of the shift
- Bending, twisting, and reaching frequently
- Repetitive hand and arm motions
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
