Job DescriptionNational, family-owned/operated, general contractor searching for mature, reliable Pre-Construction Assistant.

<li>Computer experience and wherewithal is required.</li>

<li>Duties include solicitation of subcontractor bids using multiple resources, including internet databases, online plan rooms, proprietary software/databases, etc.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>This position entails a significant amount of phone solicitation.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Successful candidates will be organized, self-sufficient, and able to handle deadlines.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Construction experience is a plus, but not required.</li>
</ul>
 Job offers a hybrid work environment upon approval after the probationary period. This allows for the candidate to work up to two days per week remote from the office.
