Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Central San Diego, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Central San Diego. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and daily business functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organized, proactive, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files

  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and document preparation

  • Order office supplies and manage inventory

  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • High school diploma or equivalent required



Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8am-5pm PST


Position Details:

  • Location: Central San Diego

  • Contract to hire role

  • Compensation: $21.00-$27.00 per hour (DOE)
