Job Overview
Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment? Candor Transportation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the key point of contact for our clients and ensure their logistics projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, staying organized under pressure, and making a real impact in the supply chain process.
What You’ll Do
- Manage logistics projects from inquiry to delivery — coordinating transportation, warehousing, and supply chain activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Prepare and process orders, quotes, and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams — including dispatch, operations, and warehouse — to meet delivery timelines.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate project status to clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experience.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service, logistics, or transportation experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Experience using CRM or logistics management software (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain is a bonus.
