The role involves handling customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in a detail-oriented and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls and proactively make outbound calls to address customer needs.
• Assist customers by troubleshooting issues and providing clear solutions.
• Schedule service appointments as required, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.
• Document customer interactions and relevant details into the database system.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and friendly approach while addressing customer concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about company policies and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Proficiency in typing with a speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues.
• Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
