Job Details
ED RN with options for days or nights and level 1 trauma or community based.
What You Will Be Doing
Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on individualized patient assessments.
Develop and implement care plans that address physical, psychological, and social needs.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment and education.
Uphold professional nursing standards and regulatory guidelines.
Support and apply the principles of Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC).
Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure informed participation in care.
Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment aligned with our mission and values.
Skills You Need
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
At least 2 years of nursing experience (or none if holding a BSN).
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills.
