We have recently partnered with a CPA firm in Towson, MD to provide them with a Director of Compliance. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Direct of Compliance:
#1. CPA required with 10+ years of experience in public accounting.
#2. Prior leadership experience managing a tax department, including team oversight and strategic planning.
Requirements of the Director of Compliance:
- CPA required with 10+ years of experience in public accounting.
- Prior leadership experience managing a tax department, including team oversight and strategic planning.
- Strong ability to review complex returns at a high level.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Other Key Requirements:
- LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
- Candidates must be local to Towson, MD or Columbia, MD
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
