RPh on the Go is seeking experienced Staff Pharmacists for a 13-week temp-to-perm position in Fairfield, OH. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working day shift hours. The pharmacist will play a key role in supervising pharmacy operations, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Position Details:
Location: Fairfield, OH
Setting: High-Volume or Closed-Door Pharmacy
Schedule: 1st shift 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
Contract Term: 13 weeks with the potential for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure accuracy and workflow efficiency
Verify new medication orders for proper dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications
Manage the ordering, receiving, and documentation of controlled substances
Help maintain perpetual inventory of Schedule II medications
Monitor security, cleanliness, and organization of the pharmacy area

Requirements:
Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
Experience in a high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy setting is preferred
