This role is a Contract to Hire Opportunity!
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Nashua, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes during the overnight shift.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Shift Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated machinery in a high-volume production environment.
- Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete shift reports.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overnight hours and occasional overtime as needed.
