This position requires candidates to be fully COVID19 vaccinated and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Responsibilities
- Follow and execute all company processes/procedures
- Answer high volume multi-line phone system in a professional manner
- Professionally and effectively communicate with patients
- Schedule all appointments
- Collect all patient co-pays and balances at time of service
- Register new patients into computer system
- Pull, file, and prepare patient charts
- Scan various documents
- Email/Mail patient paperwork
- Efficiently perform check-in and check-out process
- Ensure patient paperwork/records are complete and current
- Maintain cleanliness and organized appearance of the front desk and waiting area
- Strictly adhere to HIPAA standards in the protection of patient personal information
- Retrieve messages from voicemail and follow processes to ensure messages are routed to appropriate department
- Carry out any administrative tasks assigned by Manager and/or Providers
- Medical Records
Requirements
- EPIC Software Experience
- Medical and Dental insurance experience
- Team Oriented but able to perform individually
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Ability to remain polite and professional at all times
- Punctual and reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
