We are currently seeking to fill an internal position at our Mayfield Heights office for a Scheduling Specialist. In this role, you will report directly to the location manager and collaborate closely with the sales team to screen candidates and coordinate interviews for active job openings. This is a vital position that requires a collaborative, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for career-driven professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and advance into new opportunities as they arise.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm; no weekends
Pay: $14.00 plus commission
Responsibilities:
· Screening resumes
· Following up with applicants via phone or email to review their background, answer questions and schedule interviews
· Responding to high-volume job responses
· Recruiting administrative, light industrial, skilled trades and professional candidates
· Sending out marketing emails to applicants
Qualifications:
· Basic computer skills to perform essential job functions, such as sending emails and scheduling appointments using MS Outlook and navigating job sites, such as Zip Recruiter
· Versatile person who can handle a variety of personalities
· Enjoys public interaction, both in-person and by phone
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a plus
· Staffing industry experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with other recruiting, inside sales, customer service, receptionist, retail sales or hospitality background
· Bilingual skills are a plus
