Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build customized plans of care focused on function and mobility

• Treat each patient individually for 40 minutes with no overlapping schedules

• Track patient progress in EMR systems and update care plans accordingly

• Deliver therapeutic education to patients and families

• Communicate consistently with internal team members and referral sources

• Contribute to clinic improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and training programs

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• Eligible or active Physical Therapy license in the state of Wyoming

• Commitment to excellence in outpatient rehab and patient education

• Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first attitude

• New graduates welcome—onboarding and mentorship are provided
