Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Paralegal to join our legal team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to litigation processes, manage case files, and support attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
• Prepare, file, and manage legal documents, including e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Coordinate and oversee subpoena requests and retrieval of third-party records.
• Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and update case management systems.
• Review, proofread, and organize documents for discovery, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct factual research and investigations to support case development.
• Draft correspondence and memoranda as requested by attorneys.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence, scheduling witnesses, and ensuring trial readiness.
• Utilize e-discovery tools and techniques to collect, review, and produce electronically stored information.
• Leverage software tools such as Relativity, LiveNote, Case/Time Map, Summation, Adobe Acrobat, and Trial Director to enhance efficiency.• At least 3 years of experience working in a legal environment.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• A four-year college degree or paralegal certificate is required.
• Familiarity with case management software and billing systems such as InTapp is highly desirable.
