Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a contract-to-permanent position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including managing a multi-line phone system and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed promptly and accurately.
• Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and detail-oriented first impression.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, schedules, and office calendars.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
• Monitor and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times when handling sensitive information.• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards with up to 10 lines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with office software and equipment.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work part-time hours as required.
