Grounds Keeper Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
-
Mow, water, and fertilize lawns
-
Keep shrubbery and trees trimmed
-
Clean all pedestrian surfaces and walls
-
Perform preventative maintenance on indoor and outdoor facilities
-
Operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment
-
Cleans grounds and removes litter, Pull all trash from parking lot as needed
-
Pressure wash outside buildings, decks and entrances other areas as needed
Grounds Keeper Shift Info
-
Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
-
Monday - Friday
Grounds Keeper Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
-
experience preferred
-
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
-
Able to work in the US
-
Landscaping and maintenance experience
-
Experience using hand and power tools
-
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rule, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
-
Able to work in the US
