Job Description

Job Description

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for meaningful work, a manageable caseload, and the chance to collaborate with a supportive team? At Flywheel Centers, we are reimagining the way ABA care is delivered, creating an environment where clinicians are respected, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

We are currently hiring a full-time BCBA for our Minnesota center-based ABA program. This role offers the opportunity to work with young children diagnosed with autism in a structured, play-based, and collaborative clinical setting. At Flywheel, BCBAs are never alone in their work. You'll be part of a mission-driven team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care that's deeply connected to the families we serve.

Why BCBAs Choose Flywheel Centers

We've listened to what BCBAs in Minnesota want and what they're tired of:

  • Tired of being stretched thin? Our caseloads are designed for quality, not volume.

  • Want better work-life balance? We offer consistent daytime schedules, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

  • Sick of being siloed? We value collaboration. Our centers prioritize team-based care and frequent communication.

  • Burned out by bureaucracy? We keep your focus where it belongs: clinical excellence and family connection.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA at Flywheel Centers, you will:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing evaluations

  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) grounded in data and family goals

  • Supervise and support a team of RBTs/Behavior Technicians to implement treatment plans with fidelity

  • Collaborate regularly with families, center staff, and clinical leadership to support client progress

  • Ensure documentation is timely, clear, and actionable

  • Monitor and analyze progress data to make informed treatment decisions

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and PTO package

  • Consistent day shift schedule (Monday-Friday)

  • Work-life balance and flexible scheduling options

  • Access to clinical leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities

  • A supportive team culture that emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • LBS (Licensed Behavior Specialist) credential required

  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
