Job Description:

The School Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the school to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment for students, staff, and families. Key responsibilities include managing facilities, coordinating non-instructional staff, overseeing compliance and safety protocols, supporting budget and procurement processes, and streamlining school logistics such as scheduling, transportation, and event coordination.


The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a high-functioning educational setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and uphold the vision and mission of Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys.
  • Manage school operations including facilities, safety, and maintenance
  • Supervise support staff (custodial, front office, cafeteria, etc.)
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with local and state regulations
  • Coordinate logistics for events, testing, and student services
  • Support school leadership in operational planning and budgeting


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred; relevant experience in operations or administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a school or nonprofit setting is a plus
