Santa Clarita business is looking to hire an administrative support person. They need a few years of Administrative Assistant background including using various office equipment, navigating software-based system, handling emails, phone calls, and proficient with the MS Office suite. This position requires expertise with Zoom set up, invitations, breakout rooms, etc. Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and business needs quickly. This is a fast-paced office.
Work in tandem with another staff member most of the day handling various administrative functions. Type documents (most in template formats), draft clear, concise correspondence and written materials, calendaring and emails in Outlook, with daily general office tasks.

8:30am-5pm, M-F. $22-$25/hour
