Full-Time Personal Assistant in Hilton Head Island SC $75,000 per year Including Full Benefit Package!!!
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week
- Flexibility required for occasional early starts or late stays
- Ability to work from home with some travel (approximately 20%)
Compensation: $75,000 per year
Benefits: Health Insurance Available, 2 weeks PTO, 3 sick days, 3 personal days, Major Holidays off and paid
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to a high-profile CEO and busy mother. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates impeccable attention to detail, and maintains the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidential files, reports, and contacts with discretion
- Arrange travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation and itineraries
- Handle last-minute changes and trouble shoot travel issues
- Schedule and coordinate personal appointments
- Manage family calendar and school events
- Set reminders for birthdays, anniversaries and special events
- Make online returns or exchanges
- Manage home maintenance schedules
- Handle personal errands, scheduling and tasks
- Manage subscriptions and memberships
- Track and organize personal expenses and receipts
- Pay household bills
- File or renew important documents (passport, licenses, etc.)
- Anticipate needs and proactively handle issues before they arise

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in a high-level, professional setting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Highly adaptable and able to navigate changing schedules and priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar tools.
- Must provide 3-5 professional references demonstrating reliability and expertise.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
