Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Development Manager located in the Greensboro-Winston-Salem-High Point area. The Land Development Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of site and land development projects. This includes conducting feasibility studies, coordinating with engineers and contractors, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Land Development Manager will work closely with the homebuilding team to provide support and ensure timely completion of projects.

Ability to conduct and interpret Feasibility Studies

Proficiency in Budgeting

Knowledge of the Homebuilding process

Strong project management and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
