Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both visitors and employees. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have a hospitality-driven approach, and be comfortable working independently while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression of the workplace.
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate meeting and conference room bookings, ensuring all arrangements meet organizational needs.
• Handle mail distribution, including sorting and processing outgoing mail.
• Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
• Oversee invoice processing and maintain accurate records for vendor relations.
• Arrange catering services for events and meetings as needed.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Provide general clerical support, including data entry and document preparation.
• Support additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.• Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with operating multi-line phone systems and other office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A positive attitude and a hospitality-driven mindset.
• Basic math skills for handling invoices and other clerical tasks.
