Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Full-Time | Day Shift

🌿About the Role
Join a team that builds high-quality, specialized lawn care equipment used on golf courses and commercial properties. As aMechanical Assembler, you’ll work on full product builds—from start to finish—using your mechanical skills and attention to detail. No assembly lines here—just hands-on craftsmanship and pride in your work.
🛠️What You’ll Do
- Assemble walk-behind and tow-behind lawn care equipment (excluding mowers)
- Use hand and power tools including drills, torque wrenches, and pneumatic tools
- Follow blueprints and assembly diagrams to complete builds
- Work independently on sub-assemblies or in 2-person teams on full units
- Build pace varies by product: from 15 units/day to 1 unit every 2–3 days
✅What We’re Looking For
- 1+ yearof mechanical assembly experience
- 6+ monthsof hand and power tool use
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (like assembling furniture or bikes)
- Strong attendance record (no more than 1 absence/month)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Bonus: Gearheads, auto/lube techs, or hobbyists who enjoy working on cars

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
