Job DescriptionSalary:
Ames Farm Inn on Lake Winnipesaukee is seeking Cooks of all experience levels for our family-style breakfast and lunch restaurant. Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available. Hours 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mid-June through Labor Day Weekend.
Depending on experience, responsibilities to include:
- Preparing and cooking entree and side items
- Assisting with managing tickets
- Coordinating between kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Overseeing/supporting inventory, restocking, prep, and food storage tasks
- Assisting with menu creation
- Monitoring food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff
- Assisting with dishwashing, kitchen cleanliness, and end-of-shift procedures
