As our Regional Field Operations Manager, you’ll orchestrate day-to-day field activities, coach a high-performing team, and ensure every service visit reflects our standards for quality and care.

A Day in the Life

Your morning might start by fine-tuning schedules and dispatch across multiple territories. Midday, you’re reviewing performance metrics, mentoring team leads, and resolving any escalations with professionalism. In the afternoon, you’re on-site—conducting inspections, validating safety practices, and confirming work meets scope and timelines. Throughout, you’re partnering with logistics, sales, and customer service to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage, schedule, and support field technicians across assigned regions.
  • Ensure timely, effective delivery of service, maintenance, and installations.
  • Monitor performance metrics; provide hands-on coaching and development.
  • Conduct site visits and field inspections for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, sales, and customer service to optimize operations.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and drive swift, professional resolution.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations and company policies in the field.
  • Track inventory and equipment usage; ensure proper care and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service records.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new field personnel.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in field service or operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of field service management software (Fullbay is a plus).
  • Technical aptitude relevant to the industry (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
