Pay: $25–$35 per hour (Hourly + Commission)

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mentality, a desire to succeed, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with insurance needs, including new policies, edits, renewals, reinstatements, and payments.
  • Handle administrative tasks, policy renewals, and communications with underwriting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Customer Service or Insurance Sales experience preferred (not required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Valid Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California
  • Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
  • Able to work independently and learn new software quickly
  • Willing to complete continuing education (paid by Carlson & Associates)
