Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $25–$35 per hour (Hourly + Commission)

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mentality, a desire to succeed, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with insurance needs, including new policies, edits, renewals, reinstatements, and payments.
- Handle administrative tasks, policy renewals, and communications with underwriting.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Customer Service or Insurance Sales experience preferred (not required)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Valid Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California
- Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
- Able to work independently and learn new software quickly
- Willing to complete continuing education (paid by Carlson & Associates)
