WE ARE SEEKING A LICENSED ATTORNEY TO WORK DIRECTLY WITH BPR STAFF AND A DIVERSE CLIENTELE ON A WIDE RANGE OF IMMIGRATION CASES. THE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY WILL TAKE THE LEAD ON REMOVAL, ASYLUM, UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN, VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND OTHER CRIMES, FAMILY-BASED IMMIGRATION AND CITIZENSHIP. REQUIRES FREQUENT APPEARANCES IN IMMIGRATION COURT AND USCIS OFFICES IN THE GREATER DC AREA AND BEYOND. THE ASSOCIATE WILL WORK WITH BPR PARTNERS ON FEDERAL COURT LITIGATION AGAINST UNLAWFUL CONDUCT BY DHS.
QUALIFICATIONS:

ONE YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH REMOVAL AND ASYLUM, SIJ, FAMILY BASED AOS AND WAIVERS
-
ADMISSION TO A STATE BAR.

FLUENT IN SPANISH
-
EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS.
-
STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO SUCCESSFULLY JUGGLE MULTIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES.

INTEREST IN TAKING OWNERSHIP OVER CASES WORKED ON.

ABILITY TO COMPLETE CASE WORK EFFICIENTLY.
