About the Role:

Parkway Services is looking for a dependable, experienced Handyman to handle a wide range of remodeling and property maintenance tasks. You’ll be working on residential properties performing everything from drywall and painting to light plumbing and lighting repairs. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded tradesperson who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drywall repair, painting, and general finishing

• Assist with flooring, window, siding, and door installations

• Perform basic plumbing and lighting maintenance

• Carpentry and trim work, both interior and exterior

• Inspect and maintain property components (siding, sidewalks, safety hazards)

• Communicate with tenants and management regarding scheduled work

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or general maintenance

• Strong skills in siding, windows, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces

• Proficient with hand and power tools

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Flexible schedule and strong work ethic

• Contractor or journeyman license is a plus but not required

• High school diploma or GED preferred
