Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of litigation, including business and construction law, and will be responsible for representing clients in court and managing legal disputes. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to develop effective strategies for case resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations in business, construction, and real estate matters.
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation throughout the litigation process.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals in the firm to ensure comprehensive legal support.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on business, construction, and real estate law.
- Strong understanding of general liability principles and practices.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
