Temp LPN – Clinic (Days)
Location: Dickinson, ND 58601
Start Date: June 30, 2025
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shifts: Days | 8-hour shifts | Variable start/end times | No weekends, holidays, or on-call
Compensation
- Traveler Rate (W2 + Per Diem):
- $25/hour W2 + $1,000/week Per Diem
- Gross Weekly: $2,000 (based on 40 hours)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Local Candidates: Not accepted
Job Responsibilities
- Rooming patients and assisting with triage
- Administering IM injections and vaccines
- Performing catheter changes
- Setting up sterile fields and assisting with minor procedures
- Phone triage and follow-up
Requirements
- Experience:
- Ambulatory care experience – Preferred
- EPIC EMR – Preferred
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- License:
- Active North Dakota LPN License – Required
Equipment and Systems
- EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Vision screener
- EKG machines
Additional Information
- Floating: May float to Internal Medicine and Walk-In Clinic as needed
- Dress Code: Navy scrubs – top, bottoms, and warm-up jacket
- Training/Orientation:
- One-on-one training with 1–2 nurse preceptors
- Orientation length based on traveler’s experience and competency
- Collaborative team environment – rarely working alone
