Inventory/Production Data Analyst who would work out of the Newark and would be responsible with entering production, purchasing, and order receipt data into the NetSuite. Here's a thought on what he/she would do daily. He/she would also serve somewhat as an assistant to senior management for data entry on orders made, and production output. Key Responsibilities: Enter daily production plans and assembly results into NetSuite with accuracy and timeliness Support management by entering purchase orders into the ERP system Upload and organize item receipts and ensure proper documentation is entered and saved within NetSuite Monitor and report on inventory levels, highlighting variances or low stock concerns Work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure real-time data accuracy Cleanse and upload sales data from the legacy billing system to the new ERP using Microsoft Excel Requirements: Strong Microsoft excel skillset Experience with work orders, purchase orders, and production assemblies Experience with NetSuite and/or Aspen Canopy is a plus.
