The Electrical Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of electrical projects for commercial buildings, leading a large team of 16 or more members. This role requires managing project schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. The position reports to the Operations Manager and involves occasional travel to support project needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for electrical installations in commercial buildings
• Oversee budget allocation and monitor project expenses
• Coordinate a large team of electrical professionals and subcontractors
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain project schedules and adjust timelines as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical project management
• Proficient in project management and budgeting techniques
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as MS Project
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
