Compensation:$44-$50 an Hour

Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Your work will help students develop the communication skills they need for academic achievement and social interaction. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualized student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students across multiple grade levels

  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans

  • Provide direct therapy in one-on-one and small group settings

  • Support classroom instruction with communication strategies

  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals

  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Active Georgia SLP license or eligibility for licensure

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY enrollment under supervision

  • Experience with school-based therapy and IEP processes

  • Ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting
