Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator (Healthcare)
Location: 100% Onsite Minneapolis/Saint Paul
Pay: $28-$31/hour
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team supporting the funding process. This team serves as the front-line support for customers navigating funding-related inquiries, primarily through email and phone communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including therapists, doctors' offices, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond to a high volume of email inquiries; phone support is a secondary but essential channel.
- Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic assistance regarding the funding process.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Multitask effectively between email and phone communications in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or medical insurance is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Experience working with healthcare providers or insurance companies.
- Familiarity with funding documentation and approval workflows.
