Job DescriptionWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy engaging with customers and providing top-notch support. In this role, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls while occasionally assisting with payment processing and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls in a detail-oriented and courteous manner.
• Assist with payment posting and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Support various departments by performing administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning, and filing.
• Maintain records and update systems with customer information and order details.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Provide accurate information to customers via phone and email correspondence.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as necessary to address customer needs.
• Perform data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Familiarity with email correspondence and order entry processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of administrative tasks such as mailing and scanning.
