Investment Sales Specialist Join Our High-Performing Team
Were looking for driven sales professionals to join our growing real estate investment team at The Uncommon Group.
What We Do
We give homeowners certainty in uncertain times by providing an option to sell their home quickly.
What Youll Do
- Build and Maintain relationships with local investors.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of investment properties
- Make sales calls and attend local in-person property showings
- Analyze property values and negotiate deals
- Network with real estate investors and buyers
- Track your activities and results using our CRM

What Were Looking For
- Sales experience (Car sales, phone sales or call center preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Ability to manage details and follow a proven process
- Coachable with a growth mindset
- Truly enjoys talking to people and building relationships
No real estate license required.
Must be local to Columbus, GA or within driving distance.
