Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve technical issues related to Active Directory and Windows environments.
• Perform troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Manage and respond to service desk tickets effectively, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 systems.
• Provide clear and concise guidance to users experiencing technical difficulties.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and enhance IT operations.
• Document technical procedures, resolutions, and updates for future reference.
• Assist in maintaining system security and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and practices in IT support.• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with handling service desk tickets and related workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation and follow-ups.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
