Responsibilities

Lead the Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates) to be customer-first and goal-oriented.

Coach and Inspire: Set expectations, provide real-time feedback, recognize achievements, and support individual growth.

Own the Floor: Manage sales floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the Fleet Feet Outfitting Experience.

Solve and Support: Address customer concerns with care and resolve challenges promptly and professionally.

Foster Culture: Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance store environment through daily leadership and team engagement.

Communicate Clearly: Maintain consistent communication across team members to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm.
