We are looking to hire a Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology Team. We are interested in someone who loves technology and assisting end users who may need help. Job Type: Full-Time Hours
Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours, occasionally may be required to be on call
Targeted Pay Range: $17.25-21 per hour.
(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)
What you'll do in this role:
Our Help Desk Technician will provide support to L&M employees via phone, email, and in-person. In this position you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, deliver, configure, set up, and maintain computer systems, run reports and analyze common complaints and problems, manage IT tickets, install and upgrade PC software, and any other tasks as assigned by management.
